Coils can be sent to our processing partner to suit your workshop, for an additional fee and subject to quantity and availability. Let us know what you need when you request a quote, and we'll include the processing cost and lead time.

Cut into sheets
Cut to your nominated length. Each sheet is your length × 1200 mm wide, in the coil's thickness.
- 02
Slit into narrower coils
Split the 1200 mm coil into narrower coils, such as 2 × 600 mm. Other width combinations may be possible.
- 03
Split into lighter coils
Divide into two full-width coils, each around half the original weight. Easier to handle and store.
Note: Stock availability may vary. Custom mill orders are subject to project quantity.

We're not a retail hardware store. For DIY projects, small residential jobs or orders under 1 coil or 10 sheets, a local steel retailer will suit you better.
We supply raw material only. Fabrication, installation and project detailing are handled by the buyer, fabricator or project team.
What is the minimum order?
One full master coil (approx. 2.4 tonnes) for coils, 10 sheets for 3.0 mm flat sheets, and 20 tonnes for custom mill orders. We supply trade and bulk orders only.
Do you deliver to Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand?
Yes. Stock is dispatched from our Campbellfield warehouse in Melbourne to project locations across Australia and New Zealand. Freight is quoted based on your delivery suburb or postcode.
What is the lead time?
In-stock coils and sheets dispatch from Melbourne within 48 hours of payment. Delivery time depends on your location and freight, and can be as quick as the same day. Custom mill orders come from Europe and take around 4 months.
Can you cut coils into sheets?
Yes. Coils can be cut into sheets at your nominated length, slit into narrower coils or split into two lighter coils. Processing is arranged through our partner for an additional fee. Flat sheets are supplied as standard 1200 × 3000 mm.
What is the difference between COR-TEN® and weathering steel?
COR-TEN® is a registered trademark for a specific weathering steel produced under licence. SSAB produces genuine COR-TEN® to the original specification. Steel sold as "corten" without this licence is generic weathering steel and may not meet the same standard.
Do you supply mill certificates?
Yes. Genuine SSAB COR-TEN® is supplied with traceable documentation. Let us know if you need mill certificates when you request a quote.
How is pricing quoted?
Quotes are based on product, thickness, quantity and delivery location, in Australian dollars excluding GST. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days and payment is required before dispatch.
Do you sell folded panels or ready-to-install cladding?
We supply raw COR-TEN® sheet and coil only. Cutting, folding, fabrication and installation are done by your fabricator or contractor. Coils can be cut, slit or split by our processing partner for an additional fee.
